This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products purchased through tulpex.shop. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase of our premium storage racks, home organizing shelves, and space-saving hardware collections.
1. Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns To safeguard the structural integrity and secure the high resale standards of our home organization goods, all heavy-duty shelving items must meet the following precise criteria to be approved for a return:
- The storage rack must be in the exact same condition that you received it: completely un-assembled, un-mounted, and unused.
- The item must display zero signs of assembly wear, structural scratches, stripped screw threads, tool impact marks, or coating chips.
- All original component groups, including structural bars, panels, complementary installation screw packs, hex keys, and official instruction manuals must be present and completely unaccounted for loss.
- The item must be returned in its original factory packaging box, including all molded foam buffers and protective custom cardboard dividers.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-returnable items: Gift cards, custom-configured tier adjustments, or any storage rack where parts have been permanently bolted, altered, or damaged during DIY attempts.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Return Process To initiate a shelving hardware return, please review and fulfill our verified sequence below:
- Step 1: Contact our professional support team at support@tulpex.shop or call +61 468-257-618 with your official order number, the reason for return, and clear, high-resolution photographs displaying the unassembled components and pristine surface quality of the rack.
- Step 2: If your return is accepted, we will send you an official return shipping label, as well as comprehensive instructions on how and where to safely route your heavy package.
- Step 3: Pack the items securely in their original factory cardboard box with all internal foam buffers positioned correctly to avoid component clashing or piercing during transit, and attach the provided return label.
4. Return Shipping Fee & Restocking Fee * Defective/Damaged Products: If the storage rack arrives with distinct manufacturing defects (such as bent steel frames, severe alignment warping, or missing factory parts) or was bent/broken by the carrier during transit, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Customer Remorse: If you chose an incorrect size format for your room layout, picked a weight capacity that conflicts with your storage needs, or simply changed your mind, we will cover the return shipping cost to guarantee an absolute premium, risk-free buying experience for our United States customers.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fee on returns.

6. Refunds We will notify you immediately once we’ve received, unboxed, and conducted a professional structural inspection on your returned storage rack. We will communicate whether the refund was approved or declined based on our hardware safety standards. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
7. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get the exact size, tier limitation, or framework design you desire is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new shelving configuration.
